How quickly is the video actually ready?
The preview usually lands in your inbox within an hour. Every video is checked by a human before it goes out.
What happens to my files?
Hosting and storage are GDPR-compliant, on European servers. Your script is shared with our AI partner Anthropic solely for AI-assisted video production, kept there for at most 30 days for safety review, then deleted, and never used for AI training. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to write the script myself?
Yes, you supply the finished text so the message is exactly yours. Many customers write it with their own AI tool, which is perfectly fine. If you like, we'll shorten your text to the ideal video length with one click.
What does the preview cost?
Nothing. You get the complete video, watermarked, for free, and decide afterwards whether to unlock the clean file.
How many free preview videos can I create?
It's free, and 5 test videos are included. Each video you unlock gives you 5 more; if you need more than that, just write to us, and for agencies there's a subscription with a fixed quota.
